Raj Fishmeal Unit II was established in the year 2014 with a complete set of advanced machinery for fishmeal production catering a fish intake capacity of 300MT/day

The production line includes key equipment’s such as 2 Lines of Cooker, Screw Press and Drier, and later converged into a single line to Grinder, Siever, Cooler, and to Packing Machine to Produce Fishmeal.

Fish oil separation is efficiently carried out using a Decanter–Centrifuge system, ensuring optimal recovery and quality.

In line with the growing demand and continuous improvement, Unit II was further expanded in the year 2025 with the addition of 2 new production lines that utilizes a fish intake capacity of 600MT/day and that involves Cooker and Screw press and later connected to a series of 4 driers for drying the fish Press cake. The Output from the Drier is connected to Grinder, Siever, Cooler, and to Packing Machine to Produce Fishmeal

Tri-canter process introduced for the efficient separation of Fish Oil.

The overall processing capacity and operational efficiency enhanced.
